Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to the Luckara web application (the "Service", the "Application"), owned and operated by Devent Management LLC. By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please stop using the Service.

Luckara is a web application for habit building and self-development grounded in scientific research. The Service provides habit tracking, progress analytics, AI recommendations and personal development plans.

An account is required to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity carried out through your account.

Luckara offers a Free plan and a paid Premium subscription (monthly or yearly). Current prices are shown in the Service and at checkout in USD. Prices exclude VAT / sales tax where applicable; the final amount is shown at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. On your bank or card statement the charge appears as PADDLE.NET* LUCKARA.

Premium is a subscription: it renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every 12 months, depending on your plan) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract. Because Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record, withdrawal requests are handled by Paddle: submit yours at paddle.net or via support@luckara.club and we will forward it. By starting to use Luckara Premium immediately you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

New users currently receive a time-limited Premium trial. Its duration is shown in the Service when the trial starts. No card or other payment details are required. The trial is not a paid subscription, does not convert into one automatically and does not trigger a charge when it ends. Unless other free Premium access is granted, the account returns to Free. There is nothing to cancel and no refund to request for the trial.

All Service materials — including design, texts, graphics, logos, source code and algorithms — are the intellectual property of Luckara and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reproduce Service materials without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Service for: unlawful activity or infringement of third-party rights; distributing malware; attempting unauthorised access to Service systems; automated data collection without our permission; creating multiple accounts to abuse the free period.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free. AI coach recommendations are informational and do not replace professional advice.

Luckara is not a medical, psychological or financial service. Please consult the appropriate professionals where needed.

We may amend these Terms. We will notify you of changes through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new version.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at the registered seat of Devent Management LLC (Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic), unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
