Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Luckara for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.

Email support@luckara.club with the email address you used at checkout, or request the refund yourself at paddle.net — enter your checkout email, find the order and choose «Request a refund».

Luckara subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds on our behalf. On your bank or card statement the charge appears as **PADDLE.NET\* LUCKARA**.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription stops all future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not return the current payment by itself — to get the money back, use the 14-day guarantee above. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Subscription.

After a refund your paid features end and the account returns to the free plan. Your data, history and progress stay with you.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract. Because Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record, withdrawal requests are handled by Paddle: submit yours at paddle.net or write to support@luckara.club and we will forward it. If you ask us to start the service immediately, you agree that it begins before the withdrawal period ends. This statutory right is separate from — and does not limit — the 14-day money-back guarantee above, which we offer to customers in every country, without conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
