This Privacy Policy describes how Luckara ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use our web application (the "Service"). We take your privacy seriously and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

To provide and improve the Service; to personalise AI coach recommendations; to build your progress analytics and life radar; to send progress notifications (with your consent); to process payments and manage subscriptions; to improve quality and develop new features; to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

The Luckara AI coach uses your habit and progress data to generate personalised recommendations. This data is processed through the Groq API (LLaMA model) to produce motivational messages and advice. We do not send your personal identifiers (name, email) to AI models — only anonymised habit data is used.

Your data is stored on secured servers. We apply technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration or destruction: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), token authentication with limited lifetime, regular backups, and access limited to authorised personnel.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: payment providers — Paddle, to process payments and manage subscriptions; authentication providers — Google, Apple, for sign-in; AI providers — Groq, to generate recommendations (anonymised data only); and where required by law.

You have the right to: access — request a copy of your personal data; rectification — correct inaccurate or outdated data; erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data; portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format; withdraw consent — opt out of notifications and marketing messages.

The Service uses the minimum cookies required for the application to work: an authorisation token to keep your session, and local storage to cache application data and support offline use. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of changes through the Service or by email. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this document.
